Our mission is simple: reduce stress, elevate potential, and guide each student toward a future they’re genuinely excited about.

ANNIE
Annie is a licensed school counselor with over seven years of experience guiding students through the high school and college admissions process. She has worked as a school and college counselor in public and private schools, and with students nationwide through a college access nonprofit. Annie loves getting to know teenagers — their humor, honesty, and the unique way each one views the world — and believes the college search should feel personal, thoughtful, and centered around one's strengths, goals, and sense of self.
Prior to school and college counseling, Annie spent eight years as a manager in the public sector, where she hired and trained young professionals in their first roles after college. That experience gave her valuable insight into the real-world skills students need to successfully navigate life after graduation — a perspective she weaves into her work as a college counselor.
Annie holds specialist certificates from the American School Counseling Association in Anxiety and Stress Management, Career Development, and Mental Health, allowing her to approach the college process with both practical expertise and genuine empathy for the pressures students face. She has led countless essay workshops and parent and student education programs; she regularly collaborates with college admissions professionals to stay current on admissions trends and practices. Annie also participates in application review workshops, giving her firsthand insight into what makes one’s application stand out.
In addition to her school-based work, Annie serves as a counselor for a national nonprofit that supports students and families through every step of the college search and application process. She finds joy in helping students discover their voice, tell their stories with confidence, and find colleges where they’ll be supported, challenged, and celebrated.
